The story is about an Egyptian police force band who r in d wrong town by mistake and have 2 spend a night in d town where there’s no hotel..
The awkwardness of d characters is what brings comedy in this movie
The movie may seem a little slow and dull sometime but its short duration(90mins) is what makes up 4 it and doesn’t drag d movie
The best part is that most of d conversation in this movie is in English in spite of being an Israeli movie..
My rating 8/10(d end did not convince me)

' The Lizzie McGuire Show ' :

This is a very popular series that made its run in the famous Disney Channel. The series welcomes audience of all ages to watch and enjoy the humorous way of life of the lead character namely > Lizzie McGuire, played by Hilary Duff. Hilary Duff had her first movie career with the the movie The Casper. Eventually, with greater efforts, she ended up doing the Lizzie McGuire show for almost three years ( 2001 - 2004 ). The Lizzie McGuire show consists of Lizzie (the lead character),Gordo and Amanda as Lizzie's friends, Kate as Lizzie's enemy and parents and an annoying younger brother. The character of Lizzie is that, she leads the normal school life of not being popular, having social responsibilities, etc. She is a girl who is not strong in her words and do not have the courage to speak her mind out. This gives others an impression of picking on her. Besides that, Lizzie is totally Clumsy and her clumsiness adds as the main source of humour for the series. Another thing that adds to the humour is the animated form of Lizzie, which demonstrates the expressions and feelings of the actual Lizzie as Lizzie can not express her feelings outside. The animated character, plays the role of Lizzie's conscious.

Hence, Gordo and Amanda are her best friends who support her and even take the blames for the mistakes done by Lizzie, as she is not brave to accept it. There are also a normal set of family members consisting of mother who worries about her and advices all the time and father who has his own set of problems and is horrible in giving advices to his daughter and at the last but the least, a brother whose main goal in life is to embarrass her sister. The so called enemy Kate, mentioned above is none other than the coolest girl in school for whom all the boys are crazy about. Her life is spent mostly by embarrassing Lizzie with her outrageous lifestyle in school.

' The Lizzie McGuire Movie ' :

Introduction :

This movie as the name indicates, is based on the series ' The Lizzie McGuire Show '. The movie exposes the life of Lizzie into a positive approach instead of making her look clumsy as in the television series. This movie shows us Lizzie with more positive attitude and unbelieveable strength and that was a good thing to see after a long 3 years of negative energy in the The Lizzie McGuire Show. The movie was Directed by Jim Fall and Produced by Stan Rogow. The movie was released in the year 2003 and was distributed by none other than the Walt Disney Pictures. The movie was such a hit that the resulted Revenue was Three times more than the expected revenue worldwide.

Story Summary :

The story takes us all the way to Rome, where the students are taken to Rome with the supervision of a strict teacher called Ms. UngerMeye, on an educational trip which is very important for College when they join after returning back. Lizzie and Gordo promise to each other to find adventure in Rome as this would be the perfect time to get over the miserable life they lead back home. On their trip, it just happens that Lizzie gets recognised by an handsome pop singer, named Paulo in Rome as he mistakes Lizzie for Izabella who is also a pop singer. This arises because both Lizzie and Isabella look alike. The starrer, Hilary Duff plays the role of both the characters, Lizzie and Isabella and has given her best to differentiate the characteristics. Paulo eventually drags Lizzie into pretending to be Izabella stating reasons that Izabella has left Rome out of anger on Paulo and that there is a Live show being conducted in which both Paulo and Izabella are supposed to sing a Duet. He also states that Izabella lip sings and asks Lizzies help to be present for the show. Lizzie who has fallen for Paulo for his kindness, accepts to it.

While Lizzie sneaks out with Paulo for preparing for the activities for the show, Gordo tries to cover Lizzie's absence from the scenes where Lizzie attends to Ms. Ungermeyer who believes Lizzie to be resting in The Hotel room out of fever. Eventually, Gordo lies that he is the one sneeking out to protect Lizzie's truth and he gets sent to the airport for returning back to USA. Meanwhile, Lizzie's brother pulls an act that he misses his sister and wants to see her, whose actual intensions are to take embarrassing pictures of Lizzie and black mail her later. So the family consisting of Father, Mother and the brother make their way to Rome.

At the airport, Gordo sees Isabella and explains to her what was happening. Gordo realises that Paulo was lying to Lizzie and both Gordo and Isabella go to the show and explains everything to Lizzie. Lizzie and Isabella reveal the truth about Paulo in front of the audiance and they end the scene with a performance with a son called > Hey Now which was actually performed by the starrer, Hilary Duff.. Hence unlike the series, Lizzie here is more brave and not vulnerable. She also performs in front of the audience in spite of fear, so movie expresses Lizzie's role in a positive manner with the moral anyone with the right attitude can succeed in the end.

Review and Rating :

The movie can be watched by people of all ages. There is no violent or adult content. This movie would add a favour towards the young teens of 13 years of age due to the Romance factor which would otherwise be available in the Lizzie McGuire show. This movie is more romance and comparitively less comedy as in televesion series the reason being as mentioned above,  the movie tries to reduce the clumsiness of the character which contributed to the main source of comedy. Hence it is a good family entertainment, with romance, comedy, drama or as they term it as > Adventurous.
Hence my rating : Comedy = 7 / 10, Romance = 6 / 10, Story = 7 / 10. Comaprison with the original TV series = 80 % justice given. If the comedy and Romance was improved, it would have made 100 % justice to the famous TV show.

Bollywood’s Super Star Amitabh Bachhan’s movie ‘Paa’ from last few days is getting more popular. The specialty of this movie is he(Amitabh Bachhan) has acted as a 13 year old boy, affected by an incurable disease called Progeria. This movie introduced an unfamiliar disease that was not known to many till now. Different role, different acting, and different incurable disease will definitely make the movie ‘Paa' memorable.

'Paa' is the story of child who is getting older day by day. Means boy was young but his body was old. This is a true nature of the disease. Few years back Sridevi has shown her acting ability in the movie ‘Sadma’, where she performed same type of role. But the situation was little different there, In that movie Sridevi behaves like a young girl due to a psychological attack on her. 'Paa' had some different story, this type of disease was unknown to viewers, and they haven’t seen it anywhere or on anyone. That’s why 'Paa' had a great success.

Producers keep on trying some new things to show something different or to make their movie little different than other’s. To do this actors and actresses are shown with some incurable diseases. It attracts people’s attention and empathy, this leads to attraction of huge crowd towards theaters. In these type of movies there is a tradition to show the lead with some incurable disease like Cancer, Brain tumor, Blood vomiting, etc. so as to touch the emotions of viewers. Whenever there is the movie showing some incurable diseases it leads huge success.

The disease that appeared most of the time in movies is cancer. Just go back in memory and you will easily remember the strong role performed by Rajesh Khanna in ‘Aanand’. At the end of the movie when Rajesh Khanna closes his eyes, and when Amitabh Bacchan says ” Baatein karo mujhse … "viewers too feel that Rajesh Khanna should getup and say something… at the same time viewers and Amtabh hears the known voice “ Babumushaay..”. It just brings the excitement among everyone but soon the screen shows a tape recorder & the excitement turns in to deep silence. It shows the fear of the cancer, danger of cancer. Later there came many movies based on cancer, but no one could match ‘Aanand’.

Superstar Amitabh Bachhan in the movie ‘Majboor’, had performed an excellent role of person infected by Brain tumor.

Further the movie, ‘Dard ka Rishta’ made under Sunil Dutt’s Ajanta arts, shows that the cancer of Khushboo was cured by American treatment. Anita Raj in ‘Prem Geet’ and Rajeeta in ‘Aakhiyon ke zharokhen mein’ were shown infected by Blood Cancer. And in ‘Chor aur Chand’ had both Aaditya Pancholi & Pooja Bhaat infected by Cancer. Randhir kapoor to acted very well as a cancer infected patient in the movie ‘Harzaai’. Shakti Samant took help of Cancer twice in ‘Anuraag’ and ‘Anuroodh’. In recent times too Shahrukh Khan in ‘Kal ho na ho’ & Dimple Kapadiya in ‘Dil Chahata hai’ had a cancer.

In a record nine role performed in movie ‘Naya din nayi raat’ Sanjeev kapoor had one role in which he has been a blood vomiting patient. The same type of role was performed by Sharmila Tagore in the movie 'Desh Prem'.

Mental attack is also one of the frequent diseases that are shown in Bollywood. Some of them that could be easily remembered are Simmy’s ‘Chalte chalte’, Rakhi’s ‘Dhuwa’, ‘Baseera’, and ‘Dusaraa Aadmi'. Sanjeev Kumar in ‘Khilauna’ Smita Patil in ‘Haadsa’, Akshay Kumar in ‘Sangharsh’ and Ashotosh Rana’s ‘Dushman’ are also some that clould be remembered.

In very recent time, Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan shown a new disease ‘short term memory’ in 'Ghajini' , where as Darshal Safari stars Dialysis infected child in the movie ‘Taaren Jameen Par’ which was also brought by Aamir Khan. Darshal Safari also won a critics award by Film Fare for this role..

Hi friends, in this article we will discuss about the most expensive film in the world, AVATAR. Lot of hype and lot of expectations for this film and I believe that his will be one the biggest hit ever in film industry. 2009 is really a great treat for cinema lovers, because two huge budget movies, 2012 and Avatar. James Cameroon and Avatar

I haven’t seen the movie AVATAR so far, but I managed to know the core concept and story line of the movie, thanks to Internet. James Cameroon has once again proved that he is unique and one of the best directors in the world film industry. As a matter of fact this film is like a dream project for him and he has been working on this script for more than 10 years, to be precise, it is 15 years. It is interesting to know that he had this project in his mind, even before making the blockbuster and record movie, which won 11 Oscars, i.e. TITANIC.

To be frank I really had no idea about James Cameroon, before knowing about this film Avatar. Even though I watched the film Titanic, I was unaware of the director’s name at that time. But the release of Avatar really made him very popular (even to those who are not aware of him, like me) all over the world and each and every cinema fan will love to watch his film Avatar. At first instant when I heard about this movie Avatar, I thought it is an Indian movie, but late came to know that it is a Hollywood film. But still I believed that this film has some Indian connection, because the name Avatar seems to be a typical Indian name. But now after hearing the story about this film, form my friends, I can understand the actual theme of the movie to an extent.

I believe that after a couple of months, from its release (Avatar), the name ‘Pandora” is also going to be a huge hit, the reasons is simple, because Pandora is the name of the creative Planet which comes in this movie. Cameroon was really fond of all Alien kind of stories, right form hi young age and this eagerness and passion, motivated him to do a very complex and costly film in the world. He was very much attracted towards all the science fiction books and about his inspiration he said "every single science fiction book I read as a kid" This film will also explain the amount of efforts involved in making this film, when we watch this movie. Major percentage of the movie involves animation and graphics and finding the correct software for this film, resulted in the delay of this mega project.

Joy of working for his dreams: Path to the making of Avatar

Another important thing about the title of the film Avatar is that, Cameroon first planned to have the title called “Project 880”, but later changed the title as “Avatar”. It is also believed that we can expect another part also for this film and that will make his dream a double success. This is a great treat for all fans and has proved world that if a person’s dream is satisfied, then we can surely see the efforts made by him, to get his dream fulfilled. He spent a lot of time for this movie and most of them were involved in finding the new and perfect software for this movie.

This is a very different story because we would have seen many films, where the aliens form an imaginary planet comes to our earth and fight against us. This has been the trend when it comes to making cinema with alien concept. But Lames Cameroon has changed the entire trend and he took a very creative and risky subject. Here in this film, the humans invade the planet called Pandora and the citizens of the Pandora consider the humans as Alien. This is more or less like the recent hit animated film called “Planet 51”, which also explains about an astronaut form earth lands in an unknown planet called “Planet 51”. But Avatar is very different and the graphics work shown in this film reveals the beauty of the creative planet “Pandora”. At the same time it also explains the risk and the negative side of the planet. So Pandora is a beautiful, yet mysterious planet and anything can happen to you, if you try to invade this planet and that is what explained in this film, which shows the war between the Humans, who invade the Pandora and the natives of the Pandora planet Navi. Pandora is very far from the earth and to be precise it is 4.3 light years from the earth.

The story of the movie starts in 2154 AD, where the hero of the film Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) is paralyzed. The selection of Sam Worthington for this project is a very interesting story, because James wants a hero who is less popular, as it makes the character very lively and we can have the feel that a common man like us is travelling to the planet. Now coming back to the story, there is a program called “Avatar Program” which involves ending of troops to explore the Pandora planet. Jake’s brother was working in this program and his death gave Jake a chance to join this program. Actually there is a reason for Jake to accept this project, and let us see this reason.

Pandora is the planet where human can’t live and so the Avatar Program used a different technology to make humans to set foot on the planet. So they virtually make the humans as the natives of Navi people. So Jake who is unable to walk due to this paralyze attack, now has an opportunity to walk again and so he accepts this project. The rest of the story deals with the emotion and the different circumstance faced by Jake and at one instant he has to choose either Pandora or Humans, because he falls in love with a Pandora woman called Neytiri.
