Failures sometimes become a beautiful experience. This is because it provide us with an opportunity to develop confidence and courage. Remember the proverb, "Failures are the stepping stones to success". The beauty lies not in falling but in rising after every fall. One needs to continually rise being knocked down again and again. When we were infants and were learning to walk we would just get up after each fall. Our parents encouraged us and brought out the courage that naturally reside in us.
Then why do so many of us change? As we grow and experience the lives instead of cheers of our friends and peers, the courage somehow gets pushed into the corner and we begin to accept failure as an inherent part of our lives. But then do we have to be scared of failing and accepting it for the rest of our lives? Will we get success if we don't try?
The best way to begin is to realize that failure in an event, not a person. It is quite natural to encounter defeat on the way. But one should not get disheartened because the human spirit never finishes when it is defeated. It finishes when it surrounds. We are not defeated until we admit it. Only those people never fail, who never try. We must motivate ourselves to try again and again. "By perseverance the snail reach the ark", is another famous proverb. Success requires persistence, determination and never say never approach. Our level of persistence needs to be so high that it does not allow our enthusiasm to be dampened by discouragement. The greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is to try one more time.
If someone didn't able to achieve success in any field, we would not say that he has failed. There is always a hope in your heart. The only difference is that whether you take it out or not. Through failure one can understand his defaults. Every failure gives us courage and desire. There are many famous personalities who were also the prey of failure. Galileo, as we all know, was a great physicist, scientist and astronomer also suffered from failure in his life. Failure was the primary root that he achieved. He did not able to read, write and study properly but did he left everything?
This was about only Galileo, if we talk about Thomas Edison then, was his life less troublesome? NO! I had read somewhere that after 10,000 unsuccessful attempts to develop his electric light bulb, he said, I have not failed; 'I' he just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Edison realized that men do not fail, they give up trying. Edison used discouragement as a stepping stone to achievement.Yes, its true that failure came in their life but they never gave up. They kept trying and trying and finally, got success.
Today, people do not want to try. If once, they became unsuccessful then, they do not want to give a second try. They just start feeling negative thoughts and get depressed from their life. For example, if a student who has given a competitive exam but didn't able to crack it, he start feeling enthusiastic and loose his determination. This leads to the bad impact on him/her.
Failure is a lesson which we learn from our mistakes. We can avoid committing them again. It reminds us that we must take light action before we can reach our goal. Each failure brings us more close to success. Failure is a learning tool. So never get upset and try and try and you will surely get success at last.
