For new writers the quick review of the articles written by them is real motivation irrespective of cash credit since it is decided by the enough experienced editors.So according to me the turn around time of the article review should be fixed.If it is 48 hrs, it should be ensured to be done within 48 hrs.
It will motivate them to write new articles continuously without waiting for the review to come.

I agree. But the problem is that the editors are not full time. They also engage in other job or profession and work parttime on Boddunan. Moreover, the editors also participate in Forum discussion, polls etc in edition to editing. It will be better that editors give priority to articles.

Sir, I respect your views but the question is whether we can bring about any change in this. Do we have enough rights to suggest them.If 100 articles are submitted on daily basis, can't two full time editors (if deputed)review them in two days with an average of 25 articles per day.I think writing one article required more attention and efforts than reviewing 5 articles.

hhhhhmmmmm sahi baat hai........ i wrote 6 article out of which only 3 got accepted. dont know why rest is not seen in the article section

I am an editor on boddunan but I don't have time to review article on daily basis due to my complex job So mostly I review all article on Sunday and sometimes in night.

Hi Mukesh, we do understand your concern and appreciate the points that you made. But the fact remains that the job of an editor is not a full time one since all of the moderators and editors have their own careers. The point that you made about two full time editors will not be possible since that would mean a proper employment with salaries, which at this point, for boddunan would not be possible. But all in all, all efforts are being made to make sure the articles are reviewed and approved as soon as possible.

Hi Mukesh,
I am also an editor of this site.Still now I hadn't reviewed any article as I hadn't got enough time to review it.So you must understand the problems of editors also.As Kalyani said if there is a salaried editor all these may get solved.But it is impossible at present.
