In most of the discussions here the same person is found to be posting more than two replies continuously especially in GD.It may be posted in same replies. But by this practice they will get extra points. So a solid criteria for awarding points should be formulated. You may restrict points just for two or three replies. After that no points.Regarding GD since 50 points are giving for good responses there will not be any problem.
look the response in second and third page of this discussion.

I think it should be some action boddunan take to remove duplicate posting on forum or group discussion.

Abid has highlighted the malpractices aimed at getting points for no real contribution. making picemiel comments in two or three posts instead of single one is clearly for gainng moe points. It is okay to write a new post only for replying to some new argument. There are other tactics also like making seeral polls of same type for gaining points only.

I strongly support Abid. When there is no need of having more than one reply, it must be avoided. Well it all depends on the members who are posting such replies. I welcome the suggestions from you guys.

I also saw these things mentioned by Abid and felt very bad to note that even some senior members of the boddunan also doing this.I don't wish to mention the names and start a word fight.
Let them correct this after seeing this discussion thread.
