    Your idea is good.But here I think the cash credit does not indicate the quality .So you just spot an author and read him first.Then continue others.

    Best article will be there but not best author.Because there is no guarantee that the same author will write best articles. And also mostly top earning articles are best among them.Read the articles which you like in these.
