Summer is in full swing together with rising temperatures due to deforestation and increasing glass buildings. At thi time icecreams are tempting. Among these, Mango icecream, mangomilk shake and tooti frooti icecream are the best.
Mango icecream can be prepared easily:
1.Blend the cut mangoes(2 cups) in a liquidiser into a purée.
2.Combine the condensed milk/Iceream powder(1 cup), milk(heated-1 ltr), puréed mangoes, little lemon juice and mix well.
3.Pour the mixture in a shallow container and again blend.Freeze in refrigirator.
Similarly mango milk shake is also popular
Tooti frooti icecream also tastes heavenly..
