Is the poll timing for voting changed?

When I vote for polls I saw the poll timing is changed from 60 sec to 30 sec.I was unaware of it.Any new rules?.As I was not participating in voting of polls for the past few weeks I was unaware of it.Could somebody clear my doubt?

30 seconds is also sufficient time to poll. I never noticed the change in timing.
