I have just submitted an answer in QnA and the following HTML code got added to my answer automatically.

    Ok. I take a look at it. It looks like you have translated the text on Google from Hindi and pasted directly on editor. And hence the HTML code came. Please do not copy paste content in editor even from MS Word. Always type in it.

    I did not translate it from any language.I just typed it.I will try to observe what exactly is happening when this error occurs.
