What is leader board seen in the left side of the page.

What is the significance of this board and on what basis information is displayed here.

Getting the names over here makes any additional cash or point benefits?

Its the maximum points earned by any of member in the week.it shows activeness of member on this site.NO cash benefits i think so.

Leader Board shows most current activity and it is thrilling. But this does not affect total number of points in a month. The Board changes every hour.
