Sir, why do you take so much time to allot money to the article written by me. There are so many articles are in lock stage.

Articles will be reviewed only if you submit them. If you click on Save button instead of Submit button, it will be saved but not sent for review. Use save button to save partially written article and submit it once everything is done.
