Go to Dashboard. Click on "my earnings." and "My payments."

Hai Rohit!

Click on "Dashboard" beside the "Home" tab...donot click on the drop down box, just click on that Dashboard. After that you can click on My payments

Click on Dashboard to check your balance amount and points etc. Then click on My Earnings to view the details of all payments.

Thanks to everyone. I got the mistake i am doing , i was taking the cursor to dashboard and see the option in it instead cliking on DASHBOARD.
