What is wrong with contact us form

I have asked two queries recently but not able to understand whether they reached the admin or not.. Why is taking long to get a reply? In such case what is the use of that feature? we can simply post our query in forums itself.

I think there is some problem with that form. You should PM to admin if you have some thing urgent to solve.
