Please tell me what is the average time for an article to get approved/rejected.

Every article will be approved or rejected within 1-2 days of submission.

Is there any way to know whether the article is approved or still in pending, I have submitted http://boddunan.com/component/content/article/58-personal-care/1642-cancer-of-the-fallopian-tubes-of-a-woman.html?directory=3 yesterday morning, but don't know whether approved or still pending.

Go to My Page->My Articles (From the left menu) and you can find the status of all your articles.
