i am giving the spaces , blanks , paragraphs and headlines while in writing the article but after clicking 'save' button it appears to be a single paragraph without spaces , blanks and i am not able to add the images also. Please give me the detailed explanation

sometimes it happens when you confuse yourself between the editor here and the editor on your computer,,,,also it is likely to happen when you do copy/past text from your editor(like notepad/Ms word)
