This can be productive specially when children even below the age of 18 now are very much active on the social networking sites and well exposed to every kind of information at the ease of a type and click.

In some countries children from age 7-8 begin an account on Facebook. With so many games there children spend most of their time on that site which has neither face nor a book.

I am not sure whether havinga FB account for a school kid is a good trend or not....They need to get physical activity and mix with children of their age and play games insr]tead of getting stuck in front of the computer or Tv for that matter. Computer and Tv should be used with guidance from the parents until they are a little older ...

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

I agree that FB account should not used by children under age 18. I think children should spend their more time in physical activity like sports and games instead of watching tv and sit in front of computers for hours.

I think it is not in interest of child. Once any one start using social networking site he became adict of this sites.
