When some body call me I will say tell me. This is a common word I use. Or chepa ra.
if the number is unknown, i will say hello who are you or yevaru If i know the number then i say, yes tell me or ha cheyppu
Actually, it's a bit difficult to write an answer. Yet try, if you can find that word :P :P :P If someone calls Sandhya/Sheeja, I may respond as 'enth, entha, entho or simply ummmmm'. What about you?

Yes,it feels annoying,when someone calls us by different name.I too get upset when something like this happens.
Ok sandhya , Most of the people in my home call me saru. and I very rarely respnd 'aaaa'. Actually i never use my tone. i directly go and attend near that person.
