Google expects the fresh and informative blog. So if your blog has good enough posts and informative content, they will approve your application. Generally Google disapprove any site if it does not meet their policies. So just read the terms and conditions carefully before applying.

getting approve by google adsense is sometimes very hard. i know some of my friends who are trying from a year but didnt get approved.
