I don't know about this clearly. But i heard that this problem resolved in last week. Is it again started ?

The message is quite clear. Paypal intends to facilitate business transactions only and not personal remittances.

only for business purpose man...no personal :)

Bhanu- Business purpose means payment for some purchase or availing service. Remitting cash or receiving cash from family members and others is personal and not business.
