    This is commendable decision of Kutty. It is duty of every person to train some persons in his trade during his life time. This ensures continuity in every field. Thus An accountant should ensure that he trains many youngmen as accountant during his life time. A singer should encourage other singers and so on. Juniors in trade are like extended family.
