Many people are having more than one cellphone. And I think theres another thing to add here.
Due to the fast owing of the dual sim phones, I think there would be more cell simcards present than the persons. :)

The majority of Indians have mobile phones. But they are not so enthusiastic about 3G phones. It is reported that they are content with voice service only.

The statistics may not be realistic as it does not speak about the actual active sims but the total sales.

Now all have two or three mobile conections.So I think 100% have mobiles now.
