i agree with you jayen........its just because of we the viewers,the actresses are paid heavily for their item numbers...

The teachers and school administration are responsible for children using the item songs in cultural shows. This is so because the schools are manned by commercially motivated semi educated persons who work for money and have nothing to do with education. The parents should also take active interest in school activities and bring to higher educational authorities' notice any undesirable activities of schools.
