There is no absolute rule. Love is spontaneous nut this can also but this can also be ignited by some efforts. Just find out what the girl likes e.g. music, clothes, style etc. You may impress the girl. But first know her likes and dislikes and act accordingly. Nothing is difficult if you sincerely go ahead.
