Continuing his second day of consultation with the high command in New Delhi, Andhra Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy held talks with the senior Congress leaders all through the day. Reports say that Congress President Ms. Sonia Gandhi has Okayed the first list of ministers who will make way into the Cabinet.
