    The numerologists are as irrelevant as other types of fortune tellers. The timing no doubt includes the figures 1 and 0 but it is irrational and baseless to say that a child born at that particular time is lucky. All children born at a particular time do not perform similarly. All this talk of luck or ill luck is of no significance.
