    Prevention is better than cure. We should live and eat healthy and avoid getting sick. As abid told, there is no cure for AIDS. But why we should care about cure. why not avoid diseases.

    Eventhough all knows there is no cure still many get the disease through sex.What a fool is this man?

    It 's a grim reality that with all the efforts being currently made by the scientist all over the world to find a cure for this scourge of a disease it is still eluding their endeavour.But I am hopeful that a breakthrough would be achieved in this regard sooner than later.
