Change is depends of will of politicians. If they want everything is possible. 

Indeed, the will & wish of Politicians form a major part of success or failure.

Such scams might still be happening but we all are unaware of it. Total in-hand starting salary for bank PO is 30k , then how those people manage to amass huge property, cars and send their students abroad for education. It is clear the public working in banks wants the corruption to continue forever and ever but it is salaried people like me who suffer.

Yes, very true, our system is so corrupt, people have lost hope in the Country progress. People have lost hope in justice, law, honesty. It will take a lot of time to recover & hence BJP should be elected but it should win by a slender margin so that BJP also can change its working & not rely on one persons credibility.
