It was to happen. Glad, it happened though lately. Apart from Sonia and Rahul, the court also issued summons to five others, including Congress leaders Oscar Fernandes and Motilal Vora, Sam Pitroda and former journalist Suman Dubey.
Metropolitian magistrate Gomati Manocha, while issuing the summons, said: "I have found prima facie evidence against all the accused. The court has directed them to appear before it on August 7."

Justice takes its own course. They say in Hindi, "Kanoon Ka Haath Lambe Hain.. All in laws who violated the Law will come in to the net.

Law is neutral and it has taken cognizant and accepted the case.

There are many such cases. All of them should be taken to task through fast track courts. Any delay will make the fish escape.

There should be stricter implementation of law.

Subramaniam Swamy has the unique distinction of losing every case he files as PIL's etc. which keeps him in news. He sure has good financial backing. However this time he seems to have succeeded to a certain degree. The case will be eagerly watched.
