Very sad. In my company there was a safety poster which said "Savdhani Hati, Durghatna Ghati"-- Atertness gone, accidents happen. Obviously some one has not performed his role properly . I believe carbon monoxide had leaked and some died and others became unconscious.

Very sad. In my company there was a safety poster which said "Savdhani Hati, Durghatna Ghati"-- Atertness gone, accidents happen. Obviously some one has not performed his role properly . I believe carbon monoxide had leaked and some died and others became unconscious.
"Accidents do not happen. They are caused." is the adage in the Safety. Basing on this, the poster i made won me a National Award when i was working as a Metallurgical asst in Rourkela steel plant, another steel major.

I sure missed a chance of meeting you, as I had recd an employment offer from SAIL and posted as a trainee at Rourkela. But I could not accept the offer for some other reasons. Compliments upon your having won a National Award.
