Apparently, U.S.A. is in the habit of first insulting othet independent nations and their people and later regretting if occasion demands. Latest is their consul's racist remarks.

Racism and imperialism is deep rooted in U.S.A. and other white nations. So, this is revealed in their utterances again and again.
