Hope Bank customers may soon expect better services and fast-track redressal of their grievances...

Bank employee attitude towards customers need a greater change than rules. For better service, there should be a maxim number of customers per branch taking in view bank infra structure. Many small banks especially new branches have less customers whom they serve well but business is less. Like teacher-student class room ratio, there should also be staff- customer ratio for better service.

Some banks are customer friendly while some others are customer hostile.These others are to be changed first.
