    Who knows it better than I do as I saw it happening at highest level. I have worked for them and managed projects related to bridge fabrication in different places, mostly in Kashmir.

    In a way it is very sad to see this state of affairs, since most of us tend to look up to the army and generally the defence personnel as being above corruption..

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    Yes corruption is present every where and there is no surprise to see in defense organization too. In India it is deeply implanted in every sector.
