    It is highly deplorable that certain miscreants attacked Anupam Kher's house. They belonged to Republican Party of India. They were angry about Kher's remarks against Indian constitution. What Kher said was in a mood of jubiliation over Hajare movement victory. This is excusable. What about those who attacked Kher's house. If they are angry with Kher's remarks against constitution, were they acting lawfully and constitutionally. Does the Indian constitution permit these RPI activists to attack Kher or for that matter any one?

    It is gross irresponsibility to condemn constitution. Indian constitution is one of the best and appropriate. When change is needed, there is way to amend this. Even the Lok Pal Bill will be passed under the same constitution that is ridiculed by Anupam Kher.
    The main issue is the national character. If you have no character and no regard for law, constitution will not help.
