The ?Decision of High court is welcome. Government spend a lot on medical education. People of India especially the poor have first right on their services. It is reasonable that they serve at least a year in Govt. hospital and five years in the country.

The decision is welcome but already it takes 6 1/2 years to complete MBBS and now extra one year is also added.Though, service is a good thing.
Doctors should work more for their country. The education is subsidized by Government. The doctors should also get good salary but they must be available for Indian people. Not only doctors, engineers, teachers should all work for country and not others. Only our surplus professional may go abroad.
