Subramanian Swamy as well as Bishan singh Bedi have opined against Prime Minister attending the Cricket match. The politicians can attend many other functions. This causes avoidable security concerns.
There's no harm in trying, who knows it can be successful
The fight in cricket is changing the minds of leaders.Really nice change.
Will it really help in creating peace between the countries?. I don't think so.
I mean relations between India and Pakistan has worsened day by day and there should be a positive thinking from both the sides to sweeten the relationship and build a warm relationship in every possible way, and Cricket certainly is one such way....
The foreign secretaries of both the countries had met prior to this visit.
