The union government and state governments are virtually non functional. It is ironic that judiciary has to direct from time to time for normal executive job of maintaining law and order and preventing disruption of normal life.
It is pity that High court had to direct to clear rail tracks of agitaing mob. Who is to blame for judicial activism.
Mahendra Singh Tikait, prominent Jat leader has emphatically stated that Jats need no reservation. He also expressed disapproval of rail disruption by Jat agitators.
But the agitators will not listen to voice of sanity. They want written assurance on reservation before ending agitation.
