The government of the western Indian state of Maharashtra has asked the International Cricket Council to pay for the extra security it has requested for players at World Cup matches in Mumbai and Nagpur, a top official said Tuesday.

Security is always a concern for organizing any games in India as the present conditions are like that..
i think security is the biggest problem for any event involving many countries..
YA SECURITY IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST ISSUE IN ANY GAME.....
AND THATS A GREAT SIGN BY ICC....
It is a good movement from the government side as it is a revenue way to the governmnet.
