    The state in Libya is very critical. There is massive unrest and civil war like situation. Obama wants world's united response. There is likely to be big refugee outflow to neighboring countries.

    The libyan crisis is affecting neighboring countries. The refugees from Libya are entering there. Meanwhile the Libyan Embassy in New Delhi has revolted against the current regime and sided with rebels.
