I dont know how much will be used in the development of Bihar and how much for personal purchase like land?

If these people seeks such a huge amount then why we are still developing?

Why they dont think of developing the country?

I think we can see the country being developed and changed by a single man only in movies. In reality it is very pathetic. :( :(
