Welcome to the first publisher chat of our new Around the Table series, in which I will occasionally speak with the editors of magazines and book series on topics related to historical recipes. So today we're back to this chat with some good tips for publishing recipe-related research. The advice here may seem a little obvious, but food history is a relatively new field, and it can even be called fashionable.
My mom was the queen of weekday dinners and she really specialized in light food. You are simultaneously the editor-in-chief of Food & History magazine and the editor of a new series of books on food culture, food history (13-19 centuries). For easier frying try my vegetable fried with soba noodles and fried with vegetables Negimaki and beef. Serve with your favourite side dish in a comfortable style, such as potato salad, kale salad, macaroni and cheese, or grilled vegetables.
