Dream of gold leads to government excavation in India.

This news had surfaced some time back. It is very funny and sad that our governments function on dreams. 

Government is also made of men and women. They too have their weaknesses and beliefs. Anyhow, the treasures were unearthed. That's the good part of it accidentally or otherwise.

If minsters function on dream, they are really not worth their posts. we all dream. If we were to work on dreams, we would be nowhere.

Very true. But, we have majority of such lot who live on  such beliefs forcing the people in to darkness.

It is more to do with blind belief in  holy men and saints...This happens when a well is dug, a saint or a holy man marks some odd spot without any clue and people start digging there and by luck if they find water, the holy man becomes an overnight sensation, if not the person's kundali, misfortune and all else is blamed except his stupidity which led him to the  holy man in the first place instead of a geologist..

Aha.. ha. You gave the true picture of these Pundits and holy men. If what they say becomes hit they become celebrities overnight. Otherwise "PHUT"

I think this was the big mistake which Indian Government did. How can any person starts digging just by a dream? May be to get the attention to that village or anything else, i don't know, but this is not fair to waste time and money.

As a rule it's not fair. But happened. It's how things go.
