No it has nothing to do with studies..A combination of Memory and intelligence sharpens the brain and also gives clarity to ones action...so the child is able to realise that teeling truth has many more advantages
Children often lie to escape punishment from the parents. We know many parents induce fear with the wrong notion that they are teaching discipline. This creates more fear and the habit of telling lies further increases. Parents should exercise utmost patience to stop the habit of telling lies with love.
