    Good step. It will be implemented in 3 phases. First phase will be for central government use. Then to state governments and finally to all the citizens of India.

    The notable thing is that the new email service is exclusively for government contact including citizen to government. The communication will be faster and corruption may also to be checked to a great extent.

    The mail will be implemented in 3 phases. Government will be the only user in the first phase. Then in the second phase state governments will use. It's only in the last phase the people can use. Until then we cannot say anything about its uses and other practicalities .
