I got to read about this on Times of India online and was thinking about the security in India. Seeing this, it clearly indicates, this will continue happening forever.

Yes. As long as no responsibility and accountability in the jobs entrusted, these tragedies continue.

With greater accontability, you may reduce terrorist acts but can't eliminate. The security men and terroists both are human. It can't be that terrorists would never succeed. But what is important that at least after the incident, prompt action be taken to book the criminals and award them exemplary punishment which should be detterant.

It's Ok, to begin with,at least the government should endeavor to reduce the terrorist activities. The booked culprits should be tried in fast track courts. The more delays in punishing the terror activists, the more retaliatory activities will take place from the terrorists.

For certain crimes like rape and murder, decisions should be made in fast trial courts. For rape culprits, they should be hanged publicly with adverse punishment so that no one will dare to do such brutal thing to any human being.
