Village people are still backward and they always put restriction on women and men they can do whatever they like.

And Lallu was talking about making Patna into another Singapore where the streets would be as smooth as Hema malinis cheeks :dry: , what a paradox ? in some ways we seem to be regressing rather than progressing especially when you consider the mind set of the people, so where is hope for 2030 and India standing tall !
When education itself is ignored by villagers why not mobile phone. i don't think for eloping cell phone is needed. When mobiles were not introduced then also people use to elope. If there is will to elope nothing can stop even a ban on mobile phone for women.
Huhh.. Many parts of India is still far behind just because of this kind of thinking..
