I buy newspaper- a local daily mainly for guests and other family members. You get important and useful news in local paper. On internet, you may get the national and international news. When I did not use net, I used to buy three newspaper- one Economic, another national English and one local Hindi. Now only local Hindi.

To be very frank our town is an upcoming one so there is a competition going on between the newspapers to increase subscribers. We are getting HT for 1.50, TOI 1.10 Delhi edition with almost 60 pages, Jagaran for 2/ Amarujala for 1.50 and other local newspapers for 1/each. I have 5 newspapers on my list now and to top it all they are offering handsome gifts also.
