Sandhya I donot have oven but i eat chicken salami which is also a sausage
You need to keep the sausage for half hour outside the fridge to remove the forzen state of the sausage.
then you can cook tomato curry with onion and in the last you can add sausage with little olive oil. cook it till it is soft
sorry da, no idea on oven cooking!
