Working as a team for the organisation and achieving a goal or aim collectively brings in a certain amount of unity and integrity in an organisation. I think here the role of the managers and team leaders counts vital for smooth functioning of the organisation....

By working closely with them and building platforms for transparent communication.
Know what they feel and try to motivate them to work hard...also timely rewards and recognitions can motivate.Team building activities can help alot. As a trainer I have seen alot of improvement in people who have this in their company.

Most importantly is to keep communicating and auditing everyone's work so that they know you are involved and are keeping track.

Motivation and communication certainly helps in building the unity and integrity of an organisation. Remember it is easy to find a flaw in others work but very few takes the pain of rectifying the same in a way so that the flaws are not repeated. Your role is vital and you need to give your best efforts to bring the unity and integrity factor in full swing...
By establishing some rules that should be followed by company employees and making their teams and assign them work that can be completed by a team.
