I don't think so.Always home made food is good for health and nutrition.

I like poori and sabji in journey of train or bus. Its become test at the time of hungry at journey.

During journey, convenience of carrying food is more important. So some compromise is necessary. As regards tasty and nourishing food, we may take plenty at normal times. During travel, we need fast and convenient food without curry. Packed food appears best.

Packaged food is known to be safe and more hygienic and when one need to eat outside I think it's a safer option!

Packed food is better for travelling in terms of convenience, but home made food is good as health is concerned

ya packed food are better at all than open food to be used during the journey as opened food may contain viruses.

Packed foods and home made foods are the better options when travelling long distances and really it has that health benefit factors in it....

Home food will get stale during journey. When you are on long journey, there is no alternative to packed food.
