To an extent only Government has been able to curb anti-social activities. The bills against anti-social activities has passed and revised but still government is lagging far behind in tackling anti-social activities. I think the role of police should be a crucial one to tackle anti-social activities and if our police force want they can control it but something prevent them from doing so. I feel here the main objective of the police should be to remove anti-social activities than any thing else so that we can breathe freely in our society....

Here the executive and judiciary have to work in tandem to live up to their roles as enshrined in the Constitution.One thing has always puzzled me is that how a heardened criminal manges to get bail to commit the same crime!
