Any training programme has a stated goal and it contents too are specifically designed to attain it. For a typical leadership training programme all aspects of leadership are covered and so on!

Training programme increases skills to do a particular work, improve confidence, build leadership qualities,learn how to work in a team, etc., in an employee.It helps in complete grooming of an individual to fit into a new environment.

Every individual has some hidden talents and aptitude for certain jobs. He has possibilities in these traits. All these can be developed by practice under an expert trainer. Sports, acting, singing, dancing are some of these.

Training programme is set of related measures or activities with a long term aim...It makes people perfect in their own respective field.....

Mostly, the training program is designed by the HR Training team of an organisation where all those qualities which pertain to the betterment of them are worked upon. They try to teach and shine those traits of the trainees which would make them more efficient and productive and could grossly contribute for the achievement of the Goal of the organisation.
